Return Policy

All goods sold are not returnable and refundable. We will inspect items before posting out. If for any reason you are really not satisfied, you may email us for further instructions within 3 working days of delivered date. No warranty allow if exceed 3 working days. We will advice whether the item is entitled to claim warranty or not. You are not entitled for warranty claim, if the defect item send back to us without our consent.

Please take all precautions to keep the products, warranty information, and the packaging materials, as all of these items will be required for proper product return. Any return item without plastic bag, buyer need to pay extra RM5 in order to claim for warranty item.

We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery. The returned item must be sent back to us at your own cost. You will take the full responsibility of the item damage/lost of during the return shipment back to us. We strongly advise you to get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced. (We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective)

Customer are entitled to exchanged the defect item with same item only. You are not allow to exchanged the defect item with other item which is different code or different colour. Refund is NOT allow for defect item

All sale or promotion items are non-refundable.
